Products and orders

All products are cosmetic lip care products intended for external use on the lips. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud or pricing errors; if we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.

Pre-orders

Pre-order items are charged at the time of purchase and ship when inventory becomes available. Estimated ship dates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. You may cancel a pre-order for a full refund any time before it ships.

Accuracy of information

We work to keep product descriptions and pricing accurate, but we do not warrant that all content on the Site is error-free. If a product is not as described, your remedy is to return it unopened in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Intellectual property

All content on this Site, including the name The Peach Stick, logos, images, and text, is the property of The Peach Stick LLC and may not be used without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Peach Stick LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

Discontinue use if irritation occurs
