Return & Refund Policy
Because The Peach Stick is a personal care product, we can only accept returns of unopened, unused products in their original packaging.
Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. To start a return, contact us at hello@thepeachstick.com with your order number.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. It can take additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the refund.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@thepeachstick.com with a photo and your order number. We will make it right with a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Pre-orders
Pre-order purchases may be cancelled for a full refund any time before your order ships. Once shipped, the standard return policy above applies.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different flavor is to return your unopened item and place a new order once your return is accepted.
